The regular monthly CFOAS meeting on the topic “Business Consultancy and Models of Financing of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)” was held in hotel Crowne Plaza. Lecturers were Bojana Vukosavljevic, EBRD Principal Manager, Mitar Damjanovic and Olga Bereza, Principal Bankers. In addition to the EBRD presentation, Ivan Radovanovic, CFOAS member and CFO of PS Fashion, shared his experience with other CFOAS members about cooperation with the EBRD.
EBRD Representatives presented the support program for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which connects companies with local consultants and international experts in order to to implement advanced business models. Enterprise Expansion Fund (ENEF), which focuses on investments in companies via hybrid financial instruments, was also presented.
The discussion was followed by practical examples of cooperation of PS Fashion with the EBRD, where Ivan Radovanovic shared his experience of cooperation with the EBRD in the field of business consulting and Enterprise Growth Program.
