Panelists delivered lecture on alternative sources of funding (in relation to bank financing), presented the new project “Go public” (IPO) and discussed about the concept of “Crowdfunding”, as well as about successful SEAF investments.

The aims of the project “Go public” is to support market development in Serbia through raising awareness that Serbian companies may provide needed capital via listing on BSE and providing the necessary technical assistance for companies which want to go public. Bearing in mind that an increasing number of companies in Serbia expressed the need for new investments, that will ensure their strategic development, the opening of the capital market opens numerous opportunities. The importance of this project is recognized by the EBRD which decided to finance this project.

It is pointed out that SEAF invests with the aim of the company expansion and optimization of operations, as well as that SEAF invests in various industries, but the focus is on industries that have a greater potential for development.

We would like to thanks panelists for discussion and Ivana Milic for professional panel moderation.
